Add a liquid filled Fluid Flow Performance Fuel Pressure gauge to you stock jeep 4.0 fuel rail with this simple kit!

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Install the gauge adapter on the rail before you install the gauge.

2. Mark the 12 o'clock position on the adapter, this will show you how far you need to tighten the gauge on to the adapter to get the 40 psi straight up.

3. Remove the adapter from fuel rail.

4. Hold NPT adapter in a vise using a set of soft jaws to prevent damage.

5. Thread the fuel pressure gauge into the NPT adapter by hand until it you start to feel resistance. Tighten the gauge the rest of the way using a 12mm wrench. Using the 12mm wrench line up the "40psi" mark and the 12 O'clock mark made on the NPT adapter.

6. Reinstall the adapter and gauge onto the fuel rail using a 9/16 wrench and tighten just over hand tight. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN Especially if you are installing on an Aluminum Fuel Rail. You can damage the service port if you if to much torque is applied
