Chris Nissley

Professional background:

Chris has been working on cars and motorcycles since he was a teenager. He built his first Jeep in the late 90’s. In 2005 Chris was hired at Currie Enterprises. Chris worked for Currie in the Sale / Tech department until 2017. In the 12 years Chris was with Currie he was given the opportunity to travel the country driving company vehicles to showcase Currie products. While with Currie Ent Chris also had unique opportunity to expand his knowledge from primarily Jeeps to Hot Rods, Muscle cars and even Low Riders.

In 2018 with nearly 20 years’ experience and drawing from the knowledge he gained at Currie Ent. Chris decided to start his own business specializing in performance differentials, suspension components and accessories, NRT Autosports. NRT Autosports is primarily an online sales outlet but Chris plans on opening a store front as the growth of the business permits.

Racing:

In 2004 Chris along with his Father Bill Nissley and Brother Tom Nissley formed Nissley Racing Team. They bought a Jeepspeed and started desert racing in the California, Arizona, and Nevada desert. In 2010 The Family Jeepspeed was sold but that did not stop Chris from racing. He was given the opportunity by several race teams to get in as Co-driver in classes 8, Trophylite, JS3700 and JS1700 he also worked on the pit crews for a Class one team as well as a Trophy Truck team. In 2018 Chris completed his build of a new Nissley Racing Team Jeepspeed and in April of that year raced in the NORRA Mexican 1000 in Baja Mexico.
